Located approximately 15 minutes from Down Town Boquete. The property features extraordinary views of the surrounding mountains and neighborhoods with nice cool air. Elevation is about 1000 meters or 3300 feet above sea level. A natural, nice, quiet location. The property features adequate areas for building a beautiful big nice house surrounded by trees, great panoramic views and plenty space for you to grow your vegetables and a small water fall forms during the rainy season. The water is provided from a spring in the higher part of the hill and feeds the neighborhood. Curretnly produces: Bell peppers, cabbage, coffee, lettuce, potatoes, onions, sugar cane, and tomatoes. The elevation, the mist and the soil helps produce the best vegetables. You are in the Country of Flowers. The Boquete Coffee and Flowers Fairs takes place every early January, it small and beautiful and a short drive from the property. The Orchid Festival takes place every April. The coffee produced in Boquete is sold to Europe and North America. Boquete has become one of the favorite places for retirement or second homes in Panama. There was a train service for Boquete – Potrerillos – David established on April 22nd, 1916. There is a path wide enough for an SUV (4 x 4 traction needed up the hill) to get to this property; some rocks will have to be removed and the path needs to be filled with dirt and flattened for an easier driving to access the property. David City (airport, hospitals, shopping) is 45 minutes away and the Pacific beaches about 1 hour away. Chiriqui Province is a land of adventure; mountain hiking, rafting, game fishing, beaches, and more!

The mountain village of Boquete offers something close to heaven for American retirees. Click here to find out more.
